Description

• Updating outdated plugins (we don’t maintain plugins; we don’t fix them either. we update them to a newer version once the plugin creators has published a newer version).
• Updating themes (the owner of the theme will have to hand over the theme files to us each time the theme has been updated by the theme builders. We can fix broken themes and maintain themes that are not being supported by the creator for a fee)
• Update Core WordPress (We start by taking a backup of your site and database, then create a staging site with your newly backed up files, do the upgrade on the newly created staging site first and if successful we then upgrade your production site)
• Backups: backing up the files and the database on our storage server. Weekly
• All these tasks are done weekly.
